The 2026 mid-term elections promise to be full of twists and turns, and the outcome will help determine the policies that will shape the next two years and the next presidential election. Join us for a dynamic panel discussion with political experts addressing the factors defining this election cycle including the outcome of key congressional and gubernatorial races impacting the political landscape.

This non‐partisan signature event is brought to you on a biennial basis by the Duke DC Women's Forum Steering Committee. During registration, you will have the opportunity to select the in-person paid option with a reception at the Duke in DC office, or the virtual free option to attend the program remotely.

The panel discussion will be moderated by Judy Woodruff A.B.'68, Senior Correspondent for PBS NewsHour. Our panelists are Nia‐Malika Henderson A.B.’96, Senior Political Analyst for CNN and Policy & Politics Columnist at Bloomberg News; Jon Hilsenrath A.B.’89, P’20, Founder of Serpa Pinto Advisory and former correspondent for The Wall Street Journal; and Paul Teller A.B.‘93, founder of the political consulting firm Teller Strategies.

Questions may be submitted in advance of the event. Due to time constraints, not all questions may be answered.

All are welcome!
