TUITION
The program fee is $549 per person, plus applicable taxes.


WHAT'S INCLUDED
Your program fee includes:

  • Program materials
  • Presentations
  • Field trips and activities
  • Meals:
    • Friday: Opening Reception and Dinner
    • Saturday: Breakfast and Lunch
    • Sunday: Breakfast and Closing Lunch
  • Light refreshments on Saturday and Sunday

 

WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED
The program fee does not include:

  • Travel
  • Lodging
  • Saturday dinner

CANCELLATION/REFUNDS

If you are no longer able to attend the program, you may request either a refund or a registration transfer.

Refunds are calculated per person and are based on the date your cancellation request is received relative to the program start date. The program begins on November 6, 2026.

  • On or before September 7, 2026 (60 or more days before the program start date): You will receive a refund of your total payment (registration fee + tax), minus a $50 administrative fee.
  • Between September 8, 2026, and October 7, 2026 (59–30 days before the program start date): You will receive a refund of your total payment (registration fee + tax), minus a $125 per-person administrative fee.
  • On or after October 8, 2026 (29 days or fewer before the program start date): Refunds will not be granted.

You may transfer your registration to another eligible member of the alumni community, family member, or friend, provided the recipient meets the registration guidelines. Transfer requests must be submitted to the program contact at least three business days before the program start date.

Registrations cannot be rolled over or applied as credit toward a future event. Refund and transfer requests are subject to the terms outlined above.
