October 13, 2026 | Decision Quality Under Pressure: Protecting the Value of Your Biggest Bets

Hiring a leader, committing to a strategy, or making a career move represents a consequential bet. The decisions that follow help determine whether that bet delivers value—especially when time is short, information is incomplete, and pressure is high.

In this session, executive advisor and Fuqua alumna Rhea Norwood explores how familiar responses under pressure can distort judgment and put those commitments at risk. Participants will learn to recognize those patterns, clarify who owns the decision, and ask questions that support deliberate action. They will leave with practical ways to protect decision quality and create the conditions for their commitments to deliver value.

This series is hosted by the Fuqua Community Engagement Alumni Advisory Board, a group of alumni dedicated to empowering, engaging, mentoring, and connecting an actively inclusive community of Team Fuqua.
