Join your fellow North Bay Alums in giving back to the community as we volunteer at the SF / Marin Food Bank in San Rafael. We will be sorting through grocery store donations, cleaning produce, building grocery bags for home delivery, helping with a drive-thru pantry distribution, and other various tasks as needed.

We will have one afternoon shift available, with limited spaces. The AFTERNOON shift is from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.

Please RSVP below, as we are limited to only 30 people (we will have a wait list in case we fill up). Volunteers MUST be 8 years or older, and minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Guidelines

  • Only volunteer if you are healthy and completely comfortable serving.
  • Closed-toe shoes are required at all volunteer projects.
  • We recommend volunteers not wear jewelry. If worn, all items must be covered by the provided gloves and/or hairnets.
  • We suggest dressing in casual and clean layers, as the temperature in the warehouse is often cool.

There is no cost to attend.

Registrants may bring guests. Children ages 8 and older may attend with adult supervision.
