Duke Boston Welcomes You
Moving to a new city can be a whole lot easier when you're plugged in to the local Duke community. Our Welcome to the City party is an exciting opportunity to meet fellow Blue Devils and learn about all that is happening here!
We hope you will join us on Wednesday, September 23 at our Welcome to the City party to celebrate Duke, build some new relationships, reconnect with friends, and meet your regional leaders who will be in attendance and can help answer your questions about ways to be engaged in the region and beyond.
Support our Local Community
Duke Boston is proud to support Empath, a Boston-based nonprofit that disrupts poverty through direct services, advocacy, research, and a global learning network.
How you can help
This year, we are doing a diaper drive to support our EMPath families. There are several ways to participate:
- Bring a donation: Guests attending Welcome to the City are invited to bring a package of disposable diapers sizes 0-6 to the event.
- Shop our Amazon Wish List: Purchase an item from the Amazon Wish List. Items will be shipped directly to the organization. Participants will be sent the Amazon link after filling out this form.
Can't attend? You can still participate. You do not need to attend our Welcome to the City party to purchase an item from the Wish List.
Thanks!
